    Insert a Video:-

    • Go to File, Click ‘Options’, go to ‘Customize Ribbon’, and then click the checkbox next to the option ‘Developer’ in the Main Tab to get the option of Developer on the Menu Bar.

    • Click on the Developer option on the Menu Bar
    • Click the very right icon of the column ‘Controls’

    • Search for ‘Shockwave Flash Object’

    • Click and Drag to select the area

    • Right click to open the properties

    • Go to EmbedMovie, turn it ‘True’

    • Then Go to ‘Movie’

    • Type the name of the File that you desire to display, remember the extension should be .swf & and must be located in the same folder where you have created your PowerPoint file.
    • Your File is ready to play

    You can Press F5 to view your Presentation in full screen and help you audience get instantly what you desire to explain.
