: PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN BHARATH MATHA KI JAI!! Prasanna Swathi
: PATRIOTISM By patriotism I mean the welfare of whole of people, if I secure it at the hands of opponent, I should bow down my head to him. -- Father Of Th e Nation Gandhiji Patriotism is the passion which inspires one to serve his country. It Means loyalty of the highest degree towards one’s motherland. In our country even a small heart has a true feeling of respect towards Nation . Our hearts always would say " I only regret that I have but one life to serve my country”.
: India the land of the martyrs who have embraced the gallows for their ideals, where every drop in the freedom fighter’s blood has fought not for itself but for the nation, has today become indigent instead of indigenous of ‘patriotism’. Yes I am talking of India where patriotism needs to be revived and redefined. So those who make present charming and worth living are objects of love and reverence. In this way patriotism is manifested in love of our countrymen and spirit of fellowship. True patriotism consists of love for mankind. When one feels like this, he will find that love of one’s country is in no way incompatible with the love of mankind.  Globalization is key to growth of India. It has opened gates to the entire world. These opportunities are utilized for the development of Nation but not for oneself . Youth should contribute in eradicating poverty, f ight against corruption and ensure the fruits of development reach the people. One needs to strike a balance between development through Globalization and patriotism.
: Patriotism teaches us not only the worship of our ancestors and love of our past traditions but also our present. Man is no doubt a part and parcel of the past, but he lives in the present. So those who make present charming and worth living are objects of love and reverence. In this way patriotism is manifested in love of our countrymen and spirit of fellowship. PATRIOTISM FOR MY COUNTRY -INDIA                                                                                         Patriotism is observed as nothing else than the ‘pain on the prick of a pin’. It is rather believed to be a formality, a formality of saluting the national flag and 52 seconds of freezed stature during the national anthem. Where has all our patriotism gone when we can’t even stand to sing a National anthem? We should behave like responsible citizens for the development of country. Our appeal to youth to Stay back and serve our country for betterment of nation.
: We know we’re making progress, but sincere efforts always pay off and the speed of progress shall become a typhoon in times to come. In the end ‘Hum Honge Kamyab’ (we shall succeed) in this race to balanced progress, and young Indians are here to make India a winner as much our elders did in their times. And India shall be a winner, if you, our elders, put faith in us, support us in this endeavor and appreciate the efforts that are being done with due understanding that we converge for India. The situation isn’t as bleak; there is plenty of light seen at end of this tunnel to progress. On behalf of young India, I’d like to end this appeal with a quote-   Please support us and guide us as we survey the world, while our hearts beat for India, our blood is Indian and every drop of our sweat is shed to do something for India.
: INDIAN CULTURE "Unity in diversity". It is not just another phrase or quotation. But, these words are highly prudent to a country like India that is incredibly rich in culture and heritage. A Nations culutre resides in the hearts and in the soul of its people……….Mahatma Ghandhi From the times of Muryas, Cholas, Mughals till to the period of British Empire, our country India has always been famous for its traditions and hospitality. The country's liveliness and generosity attract a number of tourists. The cuisines, festivals, music, literature and everything is 'special' in this “ land of gods” .
