    2 : A manager was once told he needed to improve his leadership skills to reach a new position inside the company. He decided to visit some Business Schools to search for the true essence of leadership. But he was not entirely satisfied with the different answers that he had received. Leaders who communicate well are those share their thoughts with employees, encourages them to contribute ideas, participate during the communication process, and empowers them to take part in decisions and choices.     12 : It is important for a Leader: To have the courage to stand alone, the tenacity to not succumb to pressure, and the patience to keep fighting until he or she wins the day.     13 : Leaders have to be able to talk and listen to their employees on all levels of the company. At the same time, they must have the respect of their employees.     14 : An effective leader always takes responsibility. They do not try to figure out a way to escape any problems, issues or conflicts that his leadership may have created.
